Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced client service professional to be part of a team in a busy and challenging environment servicing multiple clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of client operations duties in a dynamic client service operations role. This will include day to day interactions with clients and internal operations teams to ensure that excellent client service levels are maintained at all times for our client base. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home.

Why this role is important to us

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS).
