Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced client service professional to be part of a team in a busy and challenging environment servicing multiple clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of client operations duties in a dynamic client service operations role. This will include day to day interactions with clients and internal operations teams to ensure that excellent client service levels are maintained at all times for our client base. This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to further enhance their knowledge of the funds industry, as well as the opportunity to develop their communication and client interaction skills.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home.

Why this role is important to us

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.

  • Monitor client satisfaction across the entire client relationship on an ongoing basis, and ensure that any potential problem areas are identified as soon as possible so that the necessary remediation action can be put in place to address these.
  • Organise and host regular service calls with your clients, and ensure that all action items emerging from these calls are documented and tracked through to completion.
  • Organise and host client due diligence visits as requested.
  • Be centrally involved in any fund modification projects initiated by your clients, and also other projects related to new product or service offerings.
  • Review and update monthly KPI data for your clients, to be used for Senior Management reporting purposes.
