Intrapreneurship Project: new book launch

Over the past year Ireland South East has been used as a testbed to investigate levels of intrapreneurship in multi-nationals, large indigenous companies and SMEs across all sectors including Life Sciences, Engineering, ICT, Agri, and Financial Services.

The EU funded study has been establishing what good practices should be put in place to optimise levels of intrapreneurial performance within companies thus making companies more competitive and resilient. Some of the ideas gathered during the project have now been compiled into a book format by researcher Ron Immink. You can now access this book, Building the In-Company Change Muscle, for free on the Ireland South East website here.

The project is highlighting how your employees can be a hidden key to unlocking additional levels of innovation in companies leading to new product ideas, opening up new customer segments, and creating efficiencies. The project is continuing and if your company would like to take part by getting access to the researchers and testing some of their intrapreneurship ideas with your staff please contact: ri*****@ir**************.com
